Rejecting publishers you don't wish to use allows our Customer Success Team to assign a brand new list, taking into consideration your rejection reasons.

Before we proceed with the steps on how to reject a publisher on the app, I wanted to explain the different rejection reasons you'll come across and why you'll use them.
Rejection reasons
Rejected PBN - If the publisher is a private blog network, and that's not what you're after
Rejected Poor Metric - Different publishers offer a variety of metrics, and they may sometimes be different from what you're looking for. If you want to learn more about metrics, here's an article all about it 👍
Rejected No Traffic - When the organic search traffic is lower than what you prefer
Rejected Wrong Niche - If the niche is not relevant to your Target URL
Rejected High Price - The cost of the publisher is higher than your expected budget
Already Have a link - You've already purchased the same link with the publisher
Competitor - Yep, I agree! I don't think your competitor would like to advertise your link either 😉
Custom - We might not have all the reasons listed here, so feel free to customise and specify the reason you're rejecting the publisher
NOTE: From the drop-down, you can also add the publisher to the Global Blacklist if you don't want the publisher to be suggested again across all your projects.
Now that we've covered the basics, let me show you how it's done!
Navigate to your Dashboard
After you've logged in to your dashboard, please select the project you wish to reject publishers against by clicking on the "eye" icon:

After you've selected the project, you can review the list of publishers assigned and those you wish to reject.
On the right-hand side of each publisher, there is a Reject Suggestion section. Here you will find the Rejection Reasons and select one from the drop-down list appropriately:
Bulk rejecting publishers
You also have the option to reject publishers in bulk using the same rejection reason.
If you want to reject multiple publishers from the list, you can tick the box beside them as highlighted below, or the top box to select and reject all at once. This action will still give you the option to choose the rejection reason needed from the dropdown list:

As soon as a rejected reason is selected, the publisher will be moved from your suggested publishers' list to the section below, which is your Rejected Publishers list:
