How to set up two-step verification

Looking to set this up for your team? Here's just how to do it!

If you want to increase the security authentication for your team when accessing your dashboard, this article will take you through this step by step! 😊

Let's get started!

Navigate to your dashboard

Once you've logged in, you'll see an icon on the right-hand side of the page. Click this to see the dropdown below. Click on User Manager:

Under User Manager, all of your users will appear. If the user you're looking for does not appear, please have a look at our article on how to add a new user to find out more πŸ‘

Once you've found the user you'd like to add the two-step verification for, select the pencil icon next to their record:

Now you can assign this access to the user's record by ticking the Two Steps Verification checkbox at the bottom of the pop-up. Then click on Update User:

Review companies

You have a chance to review the companies already assigned, as you may wish to make changes at this stage, if not, click on Update and you're all done! 😊
