To learn how to order content, follow the steps below!
Navigate to your dashboard
Once you've logged in, select the project for which you'd like to order content by selecting the "eye" icon:
Project
From the tabs on the upper part of the screen, select Content:
Select Content Type
From the tab across the top, select the type of content you would like.
Personalise Your Order
Use the + & - icons to indicate how many articles you would like to order and let us know more about how you want the content to be written:
Just a couple of things to note...
Title - If you have a specific title in mind, please share it here, and the order will be sent straight through to the Content Team to be written. If you're open to suggestions, our expert team will be happy to make the choice for you.
Project Brief - Here, you're able to provide details pertaining to the content you'd like written. You can include notes such as tone of voice, style, subheadings or similar articles you'd like the writer to view for inspiration. The more detail you provide here, the easier it will be for our writers to produce quality content. If you already have a written brief for the content, feel free to paste the shareable link (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer).
Once all of this information has been filled in, you're ready to select Add To Cart and then Checkout!
Track Your Order
Within your project, select In Progress from the upper menu to track the progress of your order. Select Content and then the type of content you ordered:
