A world first! A scalable way to build legitimate, safe editorial links for your website. πŸ‘

Before we move any further, I know you might be thinking... "so what's the difference between a Niche Edit and an Editorial Link?". Take a minute to read this blog from one of our co-founders, Aaron Gray, where he has discussed the distinction between the two.

So now, in this article, I'm going to walk you through how to place an Editorial Link order in the app and show you a live example from us.

Navigate to your dashboard

Once you've logged onto your dashboard, select the project you wish to order Editorial Links for by clicking on the "eye" icon:

Please note that not all publishers offering contextual link placements are open to Editorial Links and vice versa.

Inside your project, under the Suggested Publishers or the Publisher List, the pricing will be shown for whichever placement type can be ordered from the publishers:

If you'd like to see more publisher options accepting Editorial Links under your Suggested Publishers, feel free to request a fresh list of curated sites from our Customer Success team, or you may also browse our Publisher List.

Once you find a publisher you want to partner with, add it to your cart! For this one, we want to choose Editorial Link from the Link Placement Type drop-down:

It would be great if you've already found an article from the publisher's site that you'd like to use and you can add up to 3 article options for the publisher to consider when we send over our proposal. If not, you can also leave the article selection to us.

Finalise the order details with your anchor text and target URL, hit Add to Cart and then Check out! πŸ˜‰

Here is a live example!

On this occasion, we have let the publisher choose the article, and even though it could do with some decent tier 2 links, it's a solid article, which is indexed and has our link placed perfectly at the top of the article.
