How to check the status of your order

Easily keep track of your order from your dashboard!

After placing your order, you can easily keep track of the progress of the orders we are working on and go back to review orders which have been completed.

Check an order in-progress

Navigate to your dashboard and select the project you would like to check the status on.

In progress

On the upper part of your screen, you will see a list of tabs. Hit the In-Progress button to see all your incomplete orders. You can click on "Order Info" on the far right side to see what has occurred within the placement.

Check the status

There are a lot of steps involved for us to complete your order and once we have completed each placement, you will receive an email from our system notifying you that you have a live link and you can go and check it out.
