Turn around times (TAT) is a big deal for us but it's a long process

Turnaround times to complete orders is a metric that we are constantly working to improve and our goal is to complete every order within 28 days.

We often have new clients that come to us looking for live links within a week....maybe 2 weeks. The reason this happens is that people are accustomed to buying links from dodgy providers who run PBN's, have hacked people's websites or have exclusive arrangements with websites that have to publish any shitty piece of content that they have spun for the client.

It would be helpful if you understand why it takes 28 days to complete so here is a quick rundown of the process we need to go through after you place your order and how you can easily track it.

Our Process

1. Topic Manager

Your order comes through to the editorial team who check out your website, check the publishers' website and create a few topics that we could write about which would be suitable for the publishers' audience and relevant to your website

2. Publisher Relations

Our publishing team reach out to the publisher and pitch your website and the topics we have created for approval

3. Content Written

After the topic is approved, the article is assigned to the content team to be written

4. Editorial

The content writer completes the article and sends it through to the editorial team to review and edit before it's sent through to the publisher

5. Content Approval

Some clients will request to review content before it's sent to the publisher, this would be when we send it to you for final approval

6. Content Sent

Final edited content is sent through to the publisher to upload on their website

7. Publisher Payment

Many publishers will only upload content once we pay them first! Sometimes we experience delays in receiving invoices which are then sent to our finance team for approval

8. Content Live!

Finally, we get the article live and our quality control team will review the article to ensure that we have the correct links, URL structure, formatting is correct etc. After this is completed, we then notify the client.

As you can see, there is a lot of work to complete a standard order for any guest post and to complete all of this within 28 days is no easy feat! 🀯
