In this article, I'm going to explain the differences between a company and a project and why they're both needed.

When you first sign up to No-BS, a part of this process involves you confirming your company. After completing this process, you'll be taken to your dashboard and here's where you're able to create projects!

Projects are the root domain of websites that you're planning on purchasing placements for. Without having a company set up, you won't be able to create your projects, so this is why they work hand in hand 😊

Let's get into some of the differences:

  1. Suggested publishers are assigned to a project, not to a company

  2. Your store credit is assigned to a company, so please remember this when switching between them πŸ‘

  3. Your login details are associated with a company. So if you've got more than one, you can reduce this by adding all your companies under one login!

  4. Orders are placed via your projects

  5. Checking the status of your order is done through your project

  6. Amending personal details, passwords, currency and notification settings, are all done under your company

  7. The managing of your invoices is done via your company through the invoice manager

These are just a few of the main differences when looking at a company and a project!

What's next?

Now that you know the difference between the two, here's some information on how to create a project 😊
