At NO-BS Marketplace, we’re proud to allow clients to supply their own content. With this, there are some basic guidelines in place that we require in order for the content to be sent to publishers.

These are:

#1. Must Pass Copyscape.com

All content must pass the plagiarism checker tool Copyscape.com. We don’t expect you to have an account with them, and we do run the content through ourselves. However, if it detects content copied from other blogs directly, it will be sent back to you to have it fixed. We do this because publishers won’t accept copied content.

#2. No Spun Content

We don’t accept spun content. This is the process of taking one article and just rewording it to pass Copyscape.com. This is where all the information, examples, and layout are the same as the original article, but it’s in your own words.

#3. Be Prepared To Do Publisher Revisions

From time to time, a publisher will request revisions in order to meet their guidelines. You'll need to be willing to do this as needed.

Our editors will review the content prior to sending it to the publisher as one last screening. While we do this for all clients, it’s important to make sure the content is of good quality that matches the publisher’s guidelines such as minimum word count and aligns with their target audience. You can view any publisher guidelines by visiting their site.

#4. Provide High-Quality Images

Publishers love high-quality images that are relevant to the article. Any images that are used, you must have rights to use them. You can use sites like Adobe Stock Images or Shutter Stock as long as images aren't taken from other websites without their knowledge or consent. Two images are preferred and can be uploaded when submitting the article to the system.

#5 Content Rejection Terms

If the publisher rejects the content, our Support Team will reach out to further advise you on the publisher's feedback. You may have the option to either provide new/updated content, or in the instance of the publisher rejecting the order completely, we’ll have the value of the publisher fee added to your app credit balance with a $54 USD deduction from your total order being made to cover our handling cost.
