Why do we have verified publishers and what does this mean you for?

In the world of link building, not all links are created equal. As a two-sided marketplace, we are on a mission to provide a safe and transparent platform for connecting advertisers with digital publications. In October 2023, we exclusively promoted verified publishers on our platform. What does this mean?

1. We do not work with brokers. Instead, we directly contact the publishers to ensure we have their permission to work with them. This ensures that our communication is not passed through several intermediaries who do not own the website.

2. 12-month live link warranty. Whilst it's rare, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause a link or an article to be removed. Think of us as your insurance policy. We offer a 12-month live link warranty for our verified publishers. If, for any reason, the link is pulled down within the first 12 months, we'll work to have it reinstated or provide replacement/credit.

3. We enforce strict content guidelines, which include ensuring all new content is unique and consists of a minimum 750-word article. The content must be relevant to both the publisher and the client, and all content must pass through Copyscape.com to ensure it's unique.

4. The article will only have your link: To help deliver high-quality, natural content for the publisher, only one client link will be included. You'll often see one high-authority link (such as Forbes.com, ncbi.nlm.nih.gov or medium.com) and one internal publisher link to make the content look natural. If ordering premium content, we'll add several high-authority links to the article to back up important facts and statistics that are added.

5. No Orphaned posts. The page containing the article with your link will be integrated into the standard URL hierarchy of the publisher's website, ensuring it can be easily found and is not posted on a unique URL.

When you use our platform, please look for the Green Badge, indicating the publisher is verified.

We also understand that some of our clients are willing to take the risk of working with non-verified publishers, and we are happy to facilitate this connection. After all, we are a two-sided marketplace!

Of course, we still maintain the highest possible standards even when working with non-verified publishers. However, it's worth noting that non-verified publishers often offer lower costs than their verified counterparts, and we charge a reduced broker fee for this service.
