Navigate to your dashboard
Once you've logged in, select the project you wish to review the bulk actions under by clicking on the "eye" icon:

Within your project, in order for the bulk action options to appear, you would need to select one of the tick boxes against any of the listed publishers:

Once one or multiple publishers are selected, the bulk actions dropdown option will appear:
There are a few different Bulk Actions available, with the majority relating to rejection reasons, such as poor metrics, no traffic and competitors, allowing you the option to review publishers in one go instead of having to select a rejection reason individually.
